Who we are and what this covers. Iron Circle is a licensed Texas heavy equipment dealer (GDN P172388X & P173468) at 279 Oil Field Rd, Bellville, TX. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use iron-circle.com, ironcircledeals.com, their subdomains, or any Iron Circle service that links to this policy, including our valuation tool, phone lines, texts, email, and social media conversations.

What we collect. Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, company. Equipment details you submit or describe: year, make, size, condition, location, test status, DOT number if you provide it, and photos or documents you choose to send. The content of our conversations with you across phone, text, email, web chat, and social media; calls with us may be recorded and transcribed. Basic technical information such as IP address, used for security and rate limiting.

How we use it. To prepare estimates you request, respond to you, carry out transactions you choose, match equipment you want or have with our inventory and buyers, keep records of deals, and review our own conversations to improve how we serve customers. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to equipment.

Who we share it with. Service providers that run our operations: telephone and text services, our customer database, email, and web hosting; they may only use your information to provide those services to us. Transaction participants when needed for a deal you choose: transport, title, and payment providers. Here is the part that matters if you are selling: we do not give your name or contact information to prospective buyers. Buyers deal with Iron Circle directly; equipment details and photographs may appear in our listings and marketing, your identity does not. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, under the same protections.

We do not sell personal data. The pages on ironcircledeals.com use no advertising or analytics trackers. On iron-circle.com we use Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, which we configure ourselves, for site analytics and advertising measurement, including showing our equipment ads to people who have looked at our listings. These tools may receive device, browser, and page-view information. Depending on your state, that kind of advertising measurement may count as sharing for targeted advertising. If you prefer to be excluded, email us at the address below and we will act on it.

Calls and texts. If you give us a phone number, we use it to call or text you about the equipment inquiry or transaction you asked about, and to alert you when equipment matching what you told us you wanted comes in. Marketing consent is never a condition of getting an estimate or doing business with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we stop; you can also revoke consent by any reasonable method.

Your rights. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to know whether we process your personal data, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. We honor these requests for everyone regardless of state, and we will never treat you worse for exercising them. Send requests or appeals to stephen@ironcircle.ai. We verify requests and respond as the law requires; Texas residents whose appeal is denied may complain to the Texas Attorney General.

How long we keep it. We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, complete transactions, maintain title, tax, and accounting records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Then we delete or deidentify it.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the kind of information we hold. No system is perfect, and we do not promise the impossible.

Not for kids. Our sites and services are for adults in the equipment business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes get a notice on the site.
